Month in review

So, it's been about a month and I'm down 5 pounds...go me! I haven't been perfect, but I've been better than I thought I would be.

Weigh in #3

I'm down another pound! I think so long as I don't gain anything I'll be a happy girl!

Goal

I've decided that my goal weight is 150 pounds...I wasn't sure for awhile what I wanted to get to. But that's a nice even 100 pound loss...phew

Weigh in #2

Even with that pizza I'm down 2 pounds! I went on a 30 minute power walk, I guess that cancelled it out!

First slip up

I gave in today and ordered pizza with a co-worker for lunch.... I only had 2 slices and a diet coke, I'll make up for it later.

Ok, for my first weigh in, I am down to 248! Slow and steady wins the race, right?

Week #1

Already I have resisted the temptation of going out for lunch...I'm brown-bagging it and lovin it! Hopefully I can keep this up...yummmm, rice cakes!
