You cannot believe how much temptation to eat I had this morning—I was walking to work because it’s such great exercise, and I walked past this hot dog stand. In case I haven’t written this before—hot dogs are my absolute favorite food in the whole entire world. And I didn’t get one! In the past, I wouldn’t have thought twice about having two juicy hot dogs with all the trimmings for breakfast, but today, I thought about it, and just didn’t get any! The hot dog guy looked pretty sad, but it’s for my health, right?
