Exercising

HI EVERYONE

Tanya here, and I was thinking about what I should have for lunch and dinner today, and then I realized that maybe in addition to trying to eat right, I should pay close attention to whether I am exercising enough. If not I think that there are lots of ways for me to get in better shape, and I was hoping that I could get some comments about whether certain exercises have worked for you. I was thinking about power walking, and I was hoping some people have tried that? Did you lose tons of weight?
