Granola bars! Ah!

Hi there,

Since I was just talking about nutrition, I was inspired to have a great, healthy granola bar for breakfast, and then I found out that the ones I had were actually really high in sugar! Ahh!! I was hoping that it would be a great healthy nreakfast, and it turned out being pretty much as bad as a candy bar. How can I avert problems like this in the future???
