I just learned all about body mass index, or BMI, and I thought I would share some information with you. For women, a BMI or about 22 is desirable, and is in the normal weight range--i.e. not too thin, whereas men typically shoot for a BMI of about 25. Anyway, to calculate it, you can go to various sites (do a Google search for BMI), or you can just take your weight and divide it by your height in inches twice and then multiply it by 703.
