Moving or Staying?

Hello there,

I think that I'll be looking at real estate sooner rather than later because I learned that it's really a great investment to purchase a starter home rather than continually throwing your money away for rent. It also appears to be a boon for your taxes. Of course, it's difficult being a home owner because any problem cannot just be directed to a landlord....

Any advice?
