Hello,

Well, I'm getting ready to put a bid on this townhouse I like. I think we'll have some room for negotiation, because it's been on the market for 80 days and it's the highest priced property for sale (but only by $100). Anyway, I need to start working with a mortgage lender and all that...yikes.
