Hello there,

I am really excited, because I recently visited another townhouse that was for sale, and it looks like I'd get a great, sturdy place for a great deal. Of course, I need to still make sure that the inspection came through with no major issues, but that aside, I think I could get some instant equity and really be able to make the house a home. Hopefully, it'll all work out. This house-buying process is a major stressor.
