Well, the inspection report on the townhouse I'm buying came back relatively free and clear--there are no really bad things like radon, mold, termites, or lead, but there are a bunch of poorly maintained things--like the sliding glass door is in disrepair, and the air conditioner is on it's last leg. Do any of you have any suggestions about how I should go about negotiating home repairs?
