Warm weather

Hello There,

I love the warmer weather, because I am so much more likely to have healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Is this the case for you as well? My thought is that when it gets warmer, I tend to want foods that have a higher water content, because I get more dehydrated in warm weather. Either way, it's definitely helping my weight loss!
