Flipping Houses

I'm really excited because I just talked with a friend about possibly working together to flip a house in our spare time. And don't worry, I'm not one of those people that is completely enchanted by Flip This House that just wants to make quick money. I know that there are twists and turns and disappointments, but I think that the benefits would outweigh the problems, and I'd love to at least try it once. I'm really hoping that my friend and I will be able to see this project through. It would be such a cool part time job!
