Hello There,

I hope everyone is doing well. I just wanted to talk a little bit about my townhouse-buying procedure today.

I just learned that the person I'm currently renting from has to fax in a notification to the lending company that I have paid my rent for the 1 MONTH that I have been here! It's amazing how many people the lending company needs information from just to file the loan. I mean, I know it's for a lot of money, but it just seems a little excessive!
