Picked a house?

Well, it's final. My friend, Collette, and I are going to start a part time operation of flipping houses. We're just going to go through the process of one, and then we'll see how it goes. Who knows? I might end up doing this for a living, and leaving the box making job. It sounds like it could be a really fulfilling career. So, last night, we looked through HomesDatabase.com and got a good idea of the prices of homes--because of course, to flip a house, you need to have a nest egg for investment--and anyway, I think we're going to flip a house that's a REAL fixer upper, priced at $95,000...
