Plateau

Whoa, I was just thinking about how much weight I lost since I started this journey and I read my first few posts, and I have really come a long way. But I was worried because I’ve been hearing about people hitting a plateau at some point, and I think that might turn out to be me. Last time I recorded my weight, I was 15 pounds lighter than when I started, and that’s where I still am. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can bring my weight down even more??
