Weight loss

Since this is my weight loss journey, I should again discuss how I'm doing at losing the weight and keeping it off. I hadn't done anything specific, like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig, I just started exercising and watching what I ate, but I don't really have a plan for the long term. I do feel a lot better now that I've lost almost 30 pounds, and I'm still losing weight as it is, so maybe the motivation of that will keep me going...
