Late night

Hello All,

I know it's getting late, but I'm staying up thinking about the townhouse I was hoping to purchase and the frustration of waiting to see what the seller is going to do. Right now, it feels like it's entirely in their hands--I cannot even know their identity! Real estate can be a fishy business, especially when one is a first time home buyer and really doesn't know the ropes. At least that's the conclusion I've come to.
