Hi there,

I am really excited to get a rec room in my new townhouse and get some great things like a foosball table and maybe a home entertainment center. Hopefully it'll all work out, I'm working with a variety of realtors and trying to get some good deals, but it's not easy. Everyone is trying to just make some money.
