One of my favorites is embedded below, it's episode eleven, called "Can't Hardly Weight." It's the most recent one where they do their own version of "The Biggest Loser," and it begins with each staff member weighing in and announcing their weights to the group, which I could never do. I'm still very self conscious about my weight and I don't yet have the ability to get on a scale in front of people.

Anyway, it's a great episode that I think you'll like, especially if you are trying to lose weight yourself. I think the girls, Britt and V are in good shape, but everyone has their own ideal weight, and these two are fully determined to lose weight, so they really go all out. I just hope they're not too enchanted with the celebrities they see on the red carpet. In reality, it's better to be happy and healthy than to be stick thin.
