Data Hosting

I swear, the IT people at my company are a bunch of buffoons. I log in to my company email through a link on the company web site. Well, when the company web site goes down, how the heck am I supposed to check my email? So I call up the IT guys and tell them the web site is down. I'm just trying to be helpful, but he snaps back at me with an "of course, don't you think we know that?" So I ask him if there's an easy way to check my company email. He says that if I have Microsoft Outlook installed I can simply go in and either set up my SMTP or POP3 settings and enter my user name and password. I ask him for help with that, and he tells me that he needs to get the web site up and running and that he can help me with it later. GRRRR! If the web site is up, I don't need this fix. He is trying to get his work done, but I am trying to get mine done too!

Unfortunately, the company web site crashes about once every week. The server that it is hosted on must be a big pile of crap. Perhaps they should look in to HostedSolutions.com. They offer a wide variety of hosting solutions for different company sizes and different company needs and different company locations, for example maybe you'd like to check out their Managed Dedicated Servers Raleigh. This site has a lot of a lot going on. They have a lot of specialties, including Colocation, Managed Servers, Dedicated Servers and Managed Colocation. Just because they are based out of Raleigh doesn't mean that they won't give you an exceptional product and top notch customer service and assistance if you own a small company in Alaska!
