I just finished reading The Heart of Mars by Chuck Rosenthal, and I've got to say, it was one of the best books I've ever read. It's an amazingly insightful view of the future--mingled with both pessimism (global warming) and optimism (utopia!). In general, I found it to be one of the best fantasy books I've ever come across, and I'm not surprised: Chuck is a very experienced writer with six novels under his belt already!
