I just learned all about body mass index, or BMI, and I thought I would share some information with you. For women, a BMI or about 22 is desirable, and is in the normal weight range--i.e. not too thin, whereas men typically shoot for a BMI of about 25. So I recently went to my sister's graduation, and I had my old dinky camera out to take some digital photos and you'll never guess what happened....everyone starting pointing at me and laughing because my camera looks like it came from the stone age. I just have to tell you about the beautiful ornaments I have decorating my tree. My favorite ones are the Wizard of Oz ones, in which each character is knitted into a plastic backing. I got them when I was a kid, and I still love them. In fact, now I have two Westies, that are very similar to the dog in Wizard of Oz, although that one was darker--a Cairn or a Scottie. Tanya
